No, we are not a charity, but we love to give back to our community. We have donated to many charities and we have donated a lot of our products to charities as well.

ORDERS

You can contact support@humanitybysidra.com and we will try our best to edit your order.

You can cancel your order by simply emailing support@humanitybysidra.com. As long as it hasn’t been shipped we will try our best to cancel your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@humanitybysidra.com within 24 hours after delivery and provide pictures of the outside of the box, inside box, and the products damaged.

After processing, you will receive your products within 7-10 days. It might be earlier or later, it depends on the carrier, time of the year, or even weather for delayed products.

It usually takes 2-3 to process order.

RETURNS

We offer a 7 day return policy, if you are not satisfied with your product, you can send it back at buyers cost, but please email support@humanitybysidra.com for the address.

Once a return is received, it will be inspected and after it passes inspection returns usually take 3-5 days to show on your statement depending on the bank.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. You can email support@humanitybysidra.com to get some approximate dates for your order or upgrading your shipping class.

It should take about 7-10 days or maybe earlier, when you receive your tracking number, it will give you a better idea on your delivery date.

You should receive an email from us letting you know your items have been shipped with a tracking number.

Sorry, once an order has been placed, we cannot update the shipping address. You will need to cancel the order before the order has been processed.

Yes, the princess will be printed on the invoice. You can add in the notes you don’t want the prices revealed in the invoices.

It is sold in the United States or you can find our pop up store in different places in Southern California.

We have very high standards when it comes to Humanity by Sidra Products. We make sure we have used the products for a month before launching it on our website.

All of our products are handmade from scratch in small batches to ensure the highest of quality

Every product has a different shelf life because we don’t use preservatives in most of our products. We do recommend using everything before 12 months depending on product.

Essential oils have a shorter shelf life and can cause allergic reactions so please check if you are allergic to any of the essential oils before using the product.
